Using Templates

Browse the templates gallery to find pre-built layouts and use them to instantly create new pages in your workspace.

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in to your Blank Notes account

Open the Templates gallery

Navigate to Templates by going to Dashboard > Templates. The gallery will load, displaying available templates organized by category.

Browse available templates

Review the templates shown in the gallery. You will see categories such as Built-in and Custom templates to help you find the right starting point for your page.

Use a template

Find a template you want to use and click its Use Template button. Blank Notes will automatically create a new page based on that template and open it for you.
After clicking Use Template, you will be taken directly to your new page. Any content or structure defined by the template will already be in place, ready for you to edit.
If you don’t see a template that fits your needs, check the Custom category — your workspace may have templates created specifically for your team.
