Navigating Shared Files

Blank Upload provides two dedicated views for managing shared content — one for files others have shared with you, and one for files you have shared with others.

Prerequisites

  • You are logged in to your Blank Upload account

Open the Shared With Me view

In the main navigation, go to Shared With Me. This page displays all files and folders that other users have shared with your account.

Review files shared with you

Confirm that the Shared section is visible on the page. Here you can browse, open, or download any content that has been shared with you.

Open the Shared By Me view

In the main navigation, go to Shared By Me. This page displays all files and folders that you have shared with other users.

Review files you have shared

Confirm that the Shared section is visible on the page. Here you can review or manage the sharing settings for content you have previously shared.
Use Shared With Me to quickly find content your colleagues have sent you, and Shared By Me to keep track of what you have distributed to others.
If a file no longer appears in Shared With Me, the owner may have revoked access. Contact the file owner if you believe this was done in error.
