Navigating to Naming Series

Access the Naming Series settings to view and manage the document numbering formats used across your ERP modules.

Prerequisites

  • You have an active user account with access to the Settings module

Open the Naming Series page

In your browser, navigate to Settings > Naming Series. You can also go directly by entering /app/settings/naming-series in your address bar.

Confirm the page has loaded

Verify that the Naming Series heading is visible on the page. This confirms you have successfully accessed the correct settings area.
If the Naming Series page does not load or you see a permission error, contact your system administrator to ensure your user role includes access to the Settings module.
Use Naming Series to define and customize the automatic numbering formats for documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and other transactions across your organization.
