Viewing the Org Chart

Access the Org Chart to get a visual overview of your company’s structure, including reporting lines and team hierarchies.

Prerequisites

  • You have access to the Employees module in Blank HR
  • At least one employee record exists in your system

Open the Org Chart

From the main navigation, go to Employees > Org Chart. You can also navigate directly to the org chart by selecting Org Chart from the Employees section of your dashboard.

View your organization structure

The Org Chart will load and display your company’s organizational structure. Wait a moment for the chart to fully render before interacting with it.
If the Org Chart appears empty, make sure employee records have been added and that reporting relationships have been configured for your team members.
The Org Chart reflects the current state of your employee data. Any recent changes to employee records or reporting lines may take a moment to appear.
