Managing Performance

This guide walks you through the core workflows in the Performance module, including creating goals, submitting feedback, and navigating to new appraisal cycles.

  1. In the first dropdown, select the appropriate Goal Category or type from the list.
  2. In the Title field, enter the name of the goal (for example, Complete Q2 objectives).
  3. Click Save to create the goal.
3

Ratings are typically on a scale of 1 to 5. Check your organisation’s rating guidelines before submitting.
7

Submit the feedback

Click Create, Save, or Submit to finalise and record the feedback entry.
8

Navigate to the new cycle page

Go to Dashboard > Performance > Cycles > New. The new appraisal cycle setup page will load, where you can configure cycle names, date ranges, and participants.
Appraisal cycles define the review period for your team. Set up a cycle before asking employees to complete their self-assessments or manager reviews.
Goals, feedback, and appraisal cycles are independent records. You can create them in any order, but linking them within the same appraisal cycle ensures a consistent and complete review process.
