Exploring the Market

The Market section gives you a live overview of financial markets, including major indices and individual assets. This guide walks you through accessing the Market, reviewing key indices, and searching for a specific symbol.

Prerequisites

  • You have an active Blank Terminal account and are logged in

Open the Market section

Navigate to Dashboard > Market. The page will load and display an overview of market activity, including sections for equities, crypto, and forex.

Review major market indices

Once the Market page has loaded, you will see a summary of major indices such as the S&P 500, Dow Jones, and Nasdaq. These give you a quick snapshot of overall market performance.

Search for a symbol

Locate the Search or Symbol input field near the top of the Market page. Type a ticker symbol — for example, AAPL — to filter or look up a specific asset.
The market data on this page updates automatically. If you notice stale data, try refreshing the page to get the latest figures.
Not all asset classes may be visible depending on your account plan or region. Contact your administrator if you expect to see a section that is not appearing.
